The beach has fine and soft sand, without stones. The seabed is also sandy, the bottom of the Lagoon is sand and in some places mud.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It is located on National Highway 340 at km 82. It can also be reached on foot from La Jaima or from Los Lances<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There is a car park and two bars 500 meters away.<\/p>\n

During the summer the area that goes from the Jara River to Tarifa is an exclusive beach for bathers and the Jara River to the north for kitesurfing.<\/p>\n

With a west wind:<\/strong> Approximately 40% of the days. Side-on-shore. Normally choppy and small waves of 1 meter. Constant wind.<\/p>\n

With a easterly wind: <\/strong> Approximately 50% of the days. Side-off-shore. Normally completely flat sea with all wind intensities and no swell.<\/p>\n

With medium swell waves between 1 and 2 meters, with strong swell (very few days per year, generally in winter) waves of 3 and 4 meters. Constant wind.<\/p>\n

With South Wind:<\/strong> Approximately 5% of the days. On-shore. Sea with a lot of choppy, and rough waves. Medium-difficult condition due to the direction of the wind and the direction of the waves that make it difficult to go upwind to get away from the shore. Constant wind.<\/p>\n

With north wind:<\/strong> Approximately 5% of the days. Side-shore. Sea with little choppy. With a medium and strong swell perfect for surfkiting, the waves usually have a good distance between them. Constant wind.<\/p>\n
