Kitesurf equipment rental in Tarifa

Just as you need a driver’s license to rent a car, to rent Kitesurfing equipment you need to prove that you are an independent kitesurfer, capable of sailing upwind to both sides. This is essential to guarantee your safety and that of other beach users.

When you rent kitesurfing equipment WITHOUT supervision you pick up the material, take it with you and return it on the agreed day. You must pay an insurance or a deposit that would be returned upon delivery of the material in the same conditions that you received it. Level accreditation is required to access this type of rental.

When you rent equipment WITH supervision, you join one of our kitesurfing lessons. We would go out with the boat from the dock, assemble your equipment and give it to you so that you can navigate during the class under the supervision of the monitors. At the end of the class we collect your equipment and return to the pier. Accident insurance and anti-breakage insurance is included in the price of €80 per trip. Level accreditation is not necessary to access this type of rental, it is necessary to know how to gird, if the student does not show that they know how to gird, they will be charged the price of a class. The Siroco Kitesurf accreditation is included.

When you rent material you have 2 options, take out material insurance and pay a deductible that covers possible damage to it, or pay a deposit that will be returned upon delivery of the material in the same state in which was received. If the material had any deterioration, an amount would be deducted from the deposit according to the damage established in the following table:

NOTE: In the SUPERVISED equipment rental option, the insurance is included in the price and it is not necessary to pay any deposit.

If equipment is rented WITH supervision but it is not shown that they know how to adjust, the student will receive instructions from the monitors to that effect and must pay the price of a class.
